An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Administrator to join my client -a dynamic and fast-growing company based in Warwick.

The Position
As part of the UK Client Services team, my client is seeking a Marketing Administrator to provide an effective, passionate and responsive customer experience from end to end.
This is a hands-on role, reporting to the Head of UK Services, working in a fun, fast-paced and proactive environment.
You will be required to communicate with prospects and customers via literature, email, websites and over the phone, ensuring excellent communication, quality of service and being the “friendly face” to all our prospects and customers. You will be expected to undertake marketing activities, coordinate the UK office, ensuring it is run efficiently, as well as perform customer acquisition and
customer service activities. .

The Role of the Marketing Administrator will include:
- Provide marketing support such as booking and attending industry events and trade shows, organising events, seminars and customer meetings and maintaining UK specific content on the company website
- Screen and qualify opportunities for the GB Sales team, including initial responses to tenders and entry into databases and other systems
- Provide excellent customer service to electricity and gas customers, to ensure enquiries are resolved at the first point of contact, in a timely manner
- Be the first point of contact for a customer, handling and resolving complex customer queries over the telephone or via email
- Maintaining electronic and written records of letters, complaints and customer feedback
- Making a variety of outbound calls/emails to customers and prospects
- Act as office manager for the UK office

The Successful Candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in marketing, customer service or a customer facing role (e.g. energy supply, retail, telecoms, hospitality, business development or sales)
- Excellent verbal and written communicator, being clear and concise, able to express complicated matters in clear and simple language, with the ability to hold difficult conversations with customers
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload

Additional elements which are desirable for the role include:
- Energy industry experience - knowledge of power systems, energy industry or commodity markets
- A University degree in a related field (business, marketing, environmental, natural sciences)
- Working knowledge of CRM database configuration and operation
- Experience of providing marketing support, writing articles or general copy writing
- Full clean driver’s licence

This is a full-time, permanent position. The hours are 09:00-17:30 Monday-Friday with one hour for lunch. The salary is between £20,000-£24,000.
