The Role

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are recruiting a Management Accountant to join a small Retail company in Stratford, easily commutable from Redditch & Leamington.

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintain purchase ledgers ensuring accurate and efficient payment of creditors
  • Bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
  • Intercompany recharges and reconciliations
  • Prepare weekly/monthly cashflow statements
  • Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Balance sheet control account reconciliations
  • P&L analysis
  • VAT returns and reconciliation
  • Analysis and interpretation of MI

Required skills / experience:

  • Experience in a similar role essential
  • Significant accounting/book keeping knowledge essential
  • Previous use of Sage 50 essential
  • Excellent excel skills required
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time Temporary

Salary: £10.00 - £20.00 p/h DOE
