Temporary HR Administrator (Recruitment)

Start: As soon as possible

Duration: Temporary until end of June 2018

Overview
We are seeking an administrator to work as part of the recruitment administrative team.
Main duties
1. To make up job files for advertised posts.

2. To upload job vacancies to internal and external recruitment systems and websites.

3. To download application forms and produce shortlisting packs for recruitment managers.

4. To produce correspondence in relation to successful and unsuccessful candidates, ensuring accurate and relevant information is produced in a timely manner.

5. To assist with the production of interview schedules and paperwork relating to interview processes.

6. To assist with booking suitable venues and rooms, equipment, catering and refreshment orders for interviews and selection events.

7. To assist with the maintenance of up to date job vacancy records and equal opportunities data.

8. To assist with the archiving of recruitment records.

9. To maintain efficient administrative systems for recording recruitment and selection activity.

10. To carry out any other related administrative activities, as directed by the Recruitment Manager.

Person Specification
1. Experience of providing administrative support in an office environment.

2. Confident in the use of IT including Microsoft Office packages.

3. Ability to work to deadlines, prioritising tasks and liaising with colleagues as necessary to keep relevant parties informed of progress.

4. Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

5. Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing, including coherent sentence construction and grammatical accuracy.

6. Good interpersonal skills with experience of liaising with a range of internal and external contacts in a polite and diplomatic manner.

7. A flexible and proactive approach with the ability to make a positive contribution to a
team environment.

8. An understanding of relevant working practices to ensure secure storage of information and that confidentiality of information is maintained
