At SThree we are recruiting a HR Business Partner to help support our UK&I sales business. Based in Birmingham and reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will work with our management team across 7 locations to implement and drive the people agenda contributing to the achievement of UK&I goals.

Through the development of strong partnerships with our management team, you will use your influencing and coaching skills to support business performance, whilst offering solutions aimed at increasing capability and retention in line with our Principles and culture. You will also draw upon people data and insight to inform people planning and anticipate trends, in addition to working with the Senior HR Business Partner to embed UK&I people strategy and support Group HR initiatives.

The successful applicant will not be phased by travel having already worked in a multi-location environment, and will be used to a flexible approach to ensure an exemplary HR service is provided. In addition, you will demonstrate excellent HR generalist experience, be CIPD qualified or equivalent and have previous experience in professional services - although this is not essential.

In return, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with an exciting opportunity to develop in a progressive and agile environment. SThree is a specialist global staffing organisation providing services in the STEM industries (science, technology, engineering and mathematics). Our Head office is located in London, however we operate across ten specialist brands delivering high quality of service to our customers.
