Rugby (Warwickshire)
£10.25 per hour (Via PAYE) - £11 per hour (Via Limited / Umbrella Company)
Technical Administrator / Service Desk Engineer needed!! A Leading Electronic Manufacturing organisation based in Rugby (Warwickshire) requires a Technical Administrator / Service Desk Engineer to join their growing team on a contract basis. The Electronic Manufacturing organisation requires a candidate with experience as a Technical Administrator / Service Desk Engineer. This is a 3 contract position with the opportunity to be ongoing.
Job Description:
Ensure the efficient running of all hardware, software and services as part of a team of Support Desk and Technical EngineersProvide telephone support, first and second line fault finding and investigationsEnsuring the Fault Management system is used to record issues and provide updates to the affected clientGenerate and analyse system performance reportsUndertake training for equipment and systems as and when necessary.
To be successful you must have experience with the following:
1st or 2nd line support experienceHelpdesk experienceExperience working towards SLAsResponsible for 1st and 2nd line support for tool enforcement projectsEnthusiastic and interest in IT
