I am working on behalf of a very reputable care provider that requires a new Care Co-ordinator for their Wolverhampton based branch.
They are a growing, reputable company that provides domiciliary care across 6 different branches in the Midlands. The client is an established company that offers support to the elderly and disabled in their own homes. They are currently leading the field with their brilliant customer service and they believe that each customer is unique, with their own individual preferences and needs.
This particular branch has recently started up and is an exciting and new challenge. They are a friendly, passionate and continually evolving home care branch, who's main purpose is to deliver high quality care to their clients.
You will be responsible for managing staff availability, effectively producing rotas for carers & working closely with the Branch Manager amongst other duties.
You will also focus on the recruitment of carers and retention of staff.
This a is full time role offering hours from 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
There will be no on call on a weekend!
You will be a strong & experienced care co-ordinator and have a proven successful track record within producing rotas. You will have experience in coordinating preferably around 1500-2000 hours of care per week. You will have excellent leadership qualities, ability to time manage effectively and a desire to work to high standards and push yourself to better both the company and yourself. You will have the ability to come in and hit the ground running working off your own initiative.
