Job title: SOP Processing Administrator Weekend

Shift Pattern: Saturday and Sunday, 7.00am till 3.00pm / 4.00pm

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Location: Telford / Halesfield 10

Job Purpose

To ensure the accurate and timely processing of Sales Orders onto the CML system.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

*

To support the weekend SOP team;

*

To receive and print customer orders by fax and email;

*

To maintain integrity of printed orders;

*

To enter orders onto the system promptly and accurately;

*

To check that orders have been entered and that they are correct;

*

To file orders appropriately;

*

To maintain an integral email account according to strict protocols;

*

To communicate effectively with line managers any discrepancies, errors, missing orders or duplications;

*

Any other duties as requested by the Operations Manager.

Essential experience / knowledge / specification

*

Very high levels of accuracy and attention to detail;

*

Good computer and IT skills;

*

Good with paperwork;

*

A desire for neatness and tidiness;

*

Preparedness to work in a repetitive role;

*

An ability to work independently.
