Full Time Administrator

Salary: £18,000.00

Working hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator for a growing Multi Utilities company based in Dudley.

Person specification:

  • 3+ years’ experience in an administrative type role
  • Preferably from Utilities background although not essential
  • The successful candidate should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience of Sage would be an advantage but not essential

Duties to include:

  • Greeting visitors
  • Dealing with incoming customer calls and dealing with their request efficiently
  • Processing orders with suppliers
  • Communicating with customers to request information and build positive working relationships
  • Reviewing documents to process point of connection requests to network operator/statutory undertakers
  • Minute taking
  • General administration duties such as filling, scanning, data input and sending email correspondences
