JOB TITLE: Facilities Co-ordinator (with CAD)
LOCATION: Worcestershire
SALARY: GBP25-28k, bonus, pension, benefits

THE OPPORTUNITY:
My client needs a Facilities Co-ordinator with experience in facilities management, building services or the construction industry and some CAD capability to support their project team in delivering the facilities that their business requires to the highest standards.

THE ROLE:
In this role you will:
- Support the team in delivering the facilities that the business requires to timescales and budget with minimal business disruption.
- Prepare and administer project and facilities / building related records, documentation and specifications including CAD drawings.
- Manage and monitor external contractors.

REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Experience in facilities management, building services or the construction industry.
- Experience of dealing with tendering and contract documentation for the full project lifecycle.
- Ability to work closely with internal clients at all stages of a project.
- Able to monitor contractors understanding Health and Safety, risk and compliance issues etc.
- Ability to create and maintain project documentation.
- AutoCAD capability - able to understand, manipulate and develop CAD drawings (not required to create from scratch).
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ideally including MS Project.

You will enjoy the challenge of a varied project workload and occasional travel and out of hours working could be required as part of this role
