THE ROLE: You will be office-based, conducting new business sales activities over the phone in a highly proactive manner. Clients are in the commercial B2B sector, and you will typically be promoting our services to Sales Managers and Directors and gaining job specifications from them. Intensive and structured initial and ongoing training is provided and career opportunities are very good; many of our Account Managers have moved up to become Consultants and the vast majority of our young and dynamic management team started their recruitment career with BMS in this position.
We seek a talented, articulate and money-motivated professional, capable of both new-business generation and account-development. Experience in the recruitment sector or telesales is desirable, although candidates with strong commercial skills from other backgrounds are also welcome to apply.

Basic Salary: circa GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 per annum depending on experience
Commission- Uncapped commission scheme, OTE of GBP35,000 in Year One, plus comprehensive benefits package.
