Working hours: 9am - 5pm (flexibility to start earlier on occasion is also required)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a positive and proactive team player to join our client's busy team and help them provide an excellent service to their customers at all times.

You will use your excellent communication skills to provide a friendly and welcoming environment to visitors and manage the busy switchboard, ensuring all telephone calls are answered in a professional and courteous manner. You will ensure that visitors are provided with the necessary pass and that the appropriate person is informed of their arrival. This varied role will also include general administration functions and regular liaison with other departments to help organise events including booking rooms and arranging refreshments. You will also be expected to manage the incoming and outgoing post and manage the office stationery.

You will need to be conscientious and organised with experience of successfully meeting deadlines to make this role a success. You will be confident and approachable with an outstanding telephone manner. Customer-focussed, you will have experience of effectively prioritising your workload in a fast-paced environment and will ideally have previous Front of House / Receptionist experience. Good IT and skills are a must for this role coupled with experience of maintaining computerised filing systems.
