Pharmfinders is currently working closely with our client's pharmacy in Newton, Powys to find a full time Pharmacist to join their company.

The role is Full time
The working pattern would be:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 9am-7pm
Wee 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 9am-7pm & Saturday 9am-1pm

Item volumes are around 13,000 per month
There is currently a Non-Pharmacy manager, Technicians, Dispensers
and Counter assistants
Performing basic services and Diabetes Testing Click & Collect Vaccinations, Stop Smoking Service Medicines Check-up Respiratory Support Service Online Doctor Pick-up Blood Pressure Testing

The pharmacy would suit a pharmacist who is keen to engage with the local community and build a pharmacy business through a number of different channels. My client is looking for a motivated and well organised Pharmacist who is able to quickly adapt to new situations and work independently.

To be successful you must be able to demonstrate a real can do attitude and the desire and ability to work closely with your colleagues to build a successful pharmacy business. Core strengths include strong attention to detail, strong analytical skills, the ability to set clear objectives for the team whilst mentoring them to develop their skills and knowledge. An effective communicator you will be able to engage effectively with patients, clinical and medical professionals and motivate your team.
The role is Full time & Permanent opportunity.

Additional requirements are as follows:

GPhC registered pharmacist
Willingness and ability to train and develop your team
Deliver exceptional customer service and engage the local community to increase patient care and pharmacy services
Candidates interested in this role, must be registered with the GPHC as a pharmacist.

The client would offer newly qualified, Tier 2 or a Pharmacist that requires an EU Conversion course.
