Customer Service Operator

Here at Ingold Recruitment we are working to recruit for a very busy Tamworth based Company. They are looking for Customer Service Operators over many Part Time shifts available.

34.5 Hours Per week - Variable Shift Patterns covering from 07.00am - 20.30pm Monday to Sunday.

Key Duties and Responsibilities for a Customer Service Operator are:

  • Good time management
  • Performance Management
  • Liaison with branches
  • Deliver brilliant Customer Service to all
  • To input data accurately onto an Electronic Job Card System
  • To complete all tasks in line with Service Standards, Procedures and compliance guidelines
  • Customer orders are correct when submitted
  • Answering calls in line with Customer Service Levels
  • Other ad hoc duties

Skills and Experience Required

  • Outstanding Customer Service Skills
  • Brilliant communicator with a calm telephone manner
  • Good Listening and Organisational Skills
  • Attention to detail with accurate data inputting skills
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Capable of working individually or as part of a team
  • Awareness of customer expectations
  • Adaptability to change management
