Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk

3 - 4 days per week, 22.5 - 30 hours per week

Prince Personnel are working with a successful business based in the Bridgnorth area to recruit a purchase ledger clerk on a part time basis. The purchase ledger clerk will report in to the finance manager and take full responsibility for the purchase ledger. The hours are flexible between 22.5 - 30 hours per week over 3 - 4 days.

The purchase ledger clerk will be responsible for

• Matching batching and coding invoices
• Processing invoices on to Sage Line 50
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Preparing payments
• Completing the BACS payment run
• Dealing with expenses and making card payments
• Monitoring and updating DD payments

To be considered for this role you will have previous accounts experience including purchase ledger. Experience of Sage Lin5 is desirable but not essential.
