Software Implementation Consultant / Professional Services Consultant with experience of implementing WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), or ERP, Logistics or Supply Chain Software to work for an innovative and successful software consultancy based between Coventry and Solihull. They are an office centric company, so realistically you need to live within around an hour's drive of the Coventry / Birmingham / Solihull area as you will be spending time in the office as well as being out on client site. Base salary to GBP48k depending on experience plus car allowance of GBP4800 and fuel card.

This highly successful and professional software consulting company has been in business for over 25 years and focuses on Warehouse Management, Supply Chain and Logistics Management Software that integrates with ERP solutions. Their solution covers good received, picking, despatch management, load and route planning, order processing, inventory, ecommerce, dashboards and back office systems. They are authors of their own software which is delivered on premise and in the Cloud.

Organic growth has created the need for an additional Software Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant with WMS / ERP / Logistics software implementation experience, to work on client sites in the UK, dealing with large scale software implementations, and focused on the functional aspects of the projects.

You will manage and co-ordinate multiple WMS software project implementations, document 'as is' and 'to be' processes, gather and document functional requirements, configure the software to meet clients' needs, migrate the data from legacy systems, implement the WMS software, train the users and hand-hold during the implementation phase.

They typically work with large companies who often have multiple warehouses and often 100,000's of different products, so they are dealing with huge quantities of deliveries and the throughput of products through the supply chain is remarkable. Therefore, you need to understand the supply chain and warehousing functions and have implemented software in this environment, in order to figure out the clients' business processes.

They are looking for a bright, motivated individual with solid experience as a WMS Consultant, or an Implementation Consultant, Applications Consultant or Professional Services Consultant working with Warehouse Management Systems, ERP or Logistics & Supply Chain, and the ability to succeed in a busy and varied client facing environment.

This is an impressive and vibrant company with further growth plans and they will give you every opportunity to seriously progress your career. People like the ethos and environment here, the variety of projects, the energy and passion and the level of responsibility that they are given.
