Selling to both businesses and customers, our clients values focus heavily on providing excellent customer service to all. Their own team focuses on keeping up to date with the latest technology / engineering products to allow the community support at every stage.

As a result of their continued success, our client are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to cover the Midlands / West territory. If you can boast a strong track record in account development and solutions sales then this is the role for you. We are looking for a successful credible individual to join with a real can do` attitude.

The role:

As the Account Manager, you will be required to manage and grow existing client`s relationships. You will especially focus allocated accounts. The company currently has great relationships with these accounts, but your role would be to grow these further spending time networking with the relevant stakeholders. Travelling will be an essential part of this role as it is expected the role will be predominantly face to face (c. 80 %.)

The candidate:

- A minimum of 2 years` experience in a client-facing commercial role
- Able to communicate efficiently, clearly and professionally
- Confident and credible sales person
- Able to work independently
- Good problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to travel
- Consultative sale experience
- Experience of solutions selling - this is more important than specific sector experience
