Customer Service Advisor
Location - Walsgrave
Hours - Full Time

A. 8am-4pm: Monday-Saturday (One week day will be taken as a Rest Day)
B. 12pm-8pm: Monday-Friday
These shift patterns will be alternated weekly, and every other Saturday is compulsory.
Core Performance Areas:
Call outbound to customers to arrange delivery.
Respond to email queries within a targeted timescale.
Deal promptly and efficiently with all customer enquiries over the phone.
Receive and process customer transactions.
Process customer orders by ensuring the accurate inputting of customer details into the sales order processing system.
Ability to multitask.
Keen eye for problem solving.
Proven organisational skills and attentive to detail.
Maintains a consistently smart and professional image.
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strives to achieve consistently high levels of customer service.
Illustrates the ability to effectively contribute in a team environment.
