Are you a Paraplanner or Financial Administrator looking to join a busy business based in Coventry?

The Company

This financial services firm nearing its 30th anniversary is looking to continue building their team of Financial & Mortgage Advisers. They have continued to successfully grow the business and now have a team of 12 Advisers supported by 9 Administrators. They now have the opportunity for a Paraplanner or Financial Administrator to join their team.

Roles and responsibilities

You will join their existing admin team who provide support to their Wealth Managers. Your duties will include:
Creating annual review reports for clients
Liaising with clients to book in review meetings
Processing / submitting applications onto platforms / product providers
Assisting in the analysis and reviewing of potential transfers of client’s pensions and investments
Writing suitability reports
Providing ad-hoc research and administrative support

Requirements to be considered

In order to be considered for this position, you must have at least 12 months financial services experience and already holding or have desire to study for Diploma in Financial Planning.


Salary of £20,000 - £30,000 pa dependent on skills and experience
