An excellent opportunity is available with a most respected Financial Services business based in Birmingham City centre for an Assistant Facilities Manager to take day to day responsibility for managing the facilities department including security, health & safety, building and plant maintenance and the reception and post room functions.

The Assistant Facilities Manager will possess possess excellent experience in facilities management and health and safety and possess line management experience as this role will involve the management of a small team. You will have experience of management and approval of third party contracts and overseeing on-site contractors.
