£35K + car allowance (£5.4K) + uncapped commission (OTE c£53K)

Our client is an award-winning, niche creative agency with an enviable client list of the world's biggest brands. They are seeking a field based Corporate Account Manager to be based in the Midlands and look after all of the Midlands and Northern clients. Most work will be done from home / visiting customer sites with occasional visits to the Head Office near Basingstoke in Hampshire. If you have corporate account management experience, especially in supporting contact centres or in branding or with marketing agencies this could be the exciting opportunity for you

Your role will involve:

Nurturing and growing current client accounts and up-selling various solutions-based services, including audio, FAQ video, written communications and a range of additional consultancy services. You will reflect the core brand values of providing unparalleled customer service with effective, innovative and creative solutions to:

  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Ensure that customers' managed service expectations are fully met
  • Manage the contract renewal process to a successful conclusion
  • Identify new opportunities within your customer base to achieve annual targets
  • Liaise with internal creative and operational staff to ensure the professional delivery of all services
  • Maintain accurate records of all activity on the company's CRM platform

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

  • Minimum of 5 years proven corporate account management experience conducting commercial negotiations and building relationships
  • Ability to develop and broaden the client contact base in an organisation, connecting with more senior people
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter and self-motivated to succeed
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, working to tight deadlines
  • Great thinker and someone who is not afraid to challenge customers' traditional views
