Our client is a BT local business, covering the area from Birmingham to Hereford. Due to expansion, they are now looking to recruit an Account Manager, to be based in their Birmingham office.
- To successfully pass and complete the BT training courses necessary to start your role.
- To call and save cancellations from main sales teams.
- To retain customers wishing to leave BT.
- To account manage key accounts to retain positive relationships and ensure repeat business.
- To meet/exceed all weekly/monthly/annual Targets.
- Previous experience in a Telesales or Account Management role from any industry, as full training will be provided
- General IT proficiency (training will be provided on BT specific system).
- Commitment and attitude to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication skills in order to provide excellent customer service to customers.
