Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Search and Selection/Recruitment Resourcer to join our team based out of our Solihull Office. We are experienced in bespoke search and selection services, focusing on headhunting across our vertical market disciplines. These range from mid-management to Director and C-Level appointments, typically across Europe, Asia and Northern America. Inspired by our candidates, we pro-actively work rewarding and highly sought after positions that will empower them to progress their careers.

Typically, you will be carrying out:

• Source and select candidates/ Market Mapping /Detailed screening
• Network and Headhunting
• Identify skills to match appropriately with assignments
• Assisting Clement Pierce Directors on Projects
• Data Input to CRM

Skills Required:

• Have good communication skills
• Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease
• Be persistent and patient
• Be able to cope with the pressure
• Be flexible and adaptable
• Have good organisational and administrative skills
• Have the ability to prioritise
• Have good IT skills
• Be able to work to deadlines

Flexibility around package and working hours can be discussed for the right applicant.

The package shall include: Base Salary + Monthly Bonus + Pension
