A private sector organisation in Evesham are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. The role will be until end Jul - mid Aug 2018 to conduct a detailed handover.
Your new role
Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for but not limited to; processing invoices and credit notes, matching invoices to the database, preparing weekly BACS payments, preparing non-BACS payments, reconciling supplier statements, maintain accurate information relating to supplier accounts, coding store invoices, collating information for month end reports, assisting purchase ledger period end closure.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a can do attitude. You'll ideally have an experienced back ground in purchase ledger, a high level of accuracy along with a motivated and determined approach to work. Furthermore, due to the nature of the roles, you will need to be available for an immediate start.
