Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst - Birmingham City Centre - £18 - £23K + Shift Allowance + bens

A Professional Services organisation are seeking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line support covering desktop or application / software faults.

Candidates will possess experience of providing 1st and 2nd line remote support within a Service Desk or Helpdesk environment, where you have supported Windows Operating systems, Microsoft Office 2010, Active Directory, and Document Management systems. You will have experience of Remote Dial in using either Citrix, Cisco VPN, RAS or others, and of using Service Desk Call logging systems. Candidates will have experience of working within an ITIL environment within a Professional Service or Financial industry. Candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be self motivated and ambitious, and who thrive in a fast paced environment. You will be willing to work on a shift rota basis.
