We are recruiting a Commercial Administrator to work for an innovative and exciting company based in Halesowen.

The main duties will be :

Obtaining low level cost information and transfer prices.

Ensuring all low level cost information and transfer prices are kept confidential at all times.

Working to strict margins and authority levels set by the Senior Management Team.

Working with and issuing prices to the Commercial Sales Team.

Logging and analysing all free of charge product requests, requesting follow up information and issuing monthly reports on the findings.

To be aware and kept informed of the organizations product range, services and promotions;

General administrative duties including photocopying, invoicing, filing, dispatching and accepting mails and courier's services (parcels). Typing will be required from time to time for various departments.

Other specific duties that may be required of the Commercial Pricing Assistant by the employer.

The ability to deal with all levels of seniority in a responsible, tactful and respectful manner.
Confidentiality is essential.

AS400/Webgate, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Good written and spoken communication skills and a firm grasp of figures are essential.
A minimum of two years administration experience is required. Candidates must possess GCSE's in Mathematics and English to grade C or equivalent and have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
