We have an exciting opportunity to join our In-House resourcing department for National Express Bus and Coach! If you are an ambitious and self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast paced and busy team, this could be a great opportunity to learn a new part of the business!

The successful candidate will provide support to the UK Resourcing Manager and deliver resourcing strategies and solutions whilst working closely with hiring managers to ensure all recruitment requirements are met within the deadlines. We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems with an excellent understanding of social media and digital platforms advertising.

Key aspects of the role:

* Lead recruitment campaigns both internally and externally via social media and other tools
* Work with company stakeholders to understand key resourcing requirements in particular areas of the business across Bus and Coach
* Work pro-actively to ensure sufficient resources are available in talent pools
* Conduct assessments, interviews and other candidate selection related activities
* Initiate continuous improvement plans
* Negotiate terms of business with external suppliers for temporary and permanent solutions
* Produce reports and analyse data
* Manage candidates on-boarding including contracts, offers and relevant checks

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience in recruitment including candidate management, interviewing, selection and recruitment campaigns
* Excellent written and presentation skills
* Ability to produce reports and analysis representing productivity
* Proven experience in candidate outsourcing
* Outstanding time management skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively
* Stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Full UK driving licence
