£18k - £20k + realistic OTE of £26k
A successful financial services is currently seeking Sales Advisors to occupy vacant positions in their expanding outbound life protection insurance contact centre. The role involves contacting potential clients in order to gain genuine interest in life protection insurance products. The client's contact centre consists of a highly motivated team of lead generators, advisors and compliance officers working in a target driven and enjoyable environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a sales role.
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
- Comfortable handling objections and building rapport.
- Convert 10-15 calls per day.
- A minimum of 5 A* - E GSCE qualifications or equivalent.
- Good IT skills, with experience using Excel and Internet Browsers
- Demonstrate a keen desire to satisfy the requirements of the client and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrate a solid commitment to work within the guidelines provided
- Honest and trustworthy individuals with integrity.
The client expects an excellent record of attendance, punctuality and personal presentation.
Full Time 35 Hours - Monday to Friday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
