Multitask Hospitality are working with a fantastic 4* hotel based in Birmingham to recruit for an experienced Reservations Manager.

As Reservations Manager you will passionate and want to ensure that every guest has a fantastic experience delivered with a high-quality service set by the hotel. You will make sure every guest receives a warm welcome, efficient service, fantastic presentation and you will go above and beyond guest expectations.

Duties will involve:

* Ensuring a great service is delivered and tailored for each individual’s needs
* Overseeing the smooth running of the Reservations Department ensuring every call is maximised and there is 100% accuracy with every reservation taken.
* Leading and developing the team.
* Communicating with other departments within the hotel and work closely with departments to highlight any problems that arise, working with them to find solutions.
* Carrying out regular review of Team performance and implement training from such review.
* Attend management meetings as required.
* Participating in any training courses as required. Mandatory company courses must be attended.
* Ensuring that during the time you are on duty you comply with company requirements in respect of personal conduct and behaviour.

Salary £20,000 – £22,000 depending on experience
