Unit General Manager role in a multi-unit site with a diverse range of food offerings and providing the opportunity to gain experience working across these units.

Client Details

A hospitality and catering organisation in Coventry known for having the highest of standards and recognised for this through several awards in retail and hospitality. Their offerings include a pan-Asian fusion restaurant, several cafes, health food restaurant and food-to-go units.


As Unit General Manager you will:

  • continually drive the best customer experience possible
  • oversee the preparation and delivery of food and beverage service
  • Monitor and take responsibility for KPIs and standards
  • Ensure compliance with all food, health and safety regulations
  • Come up with innovative ways to market the unit and drive sales
  • Regularly change menu options to keep the offering fresh
  • Oversee recruitment, management and training of staff
  • Plan rotas within budget


As the future General Manager you will have:

  • Experience of hospitality management, preferably as a General Manager
  • Strong Team Leading skills
  • Good Organisation skills
  • Ability to work to budget
  • Knowledge of Food Health and Safety protocols
