We have a fantastic opportunity for a Training Coordinator to work for a growing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a busy and varied workload in a warm and friendly environment.

Job Description:

* As the Training Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and facilitating all client requirements
* Producing quotes, booking training, taking payments, producing certificates and following up after and taking client feedback
* As the Training Coordinator you will facilitate suitable venues for the provision of Training including the support of bookings, cancellations and payments.
* Liaising with Trainers UK wide ensuring they have all equipment and information they need to deliver training

It would be good to see candidates with:

* Strong Administration skills
* Previous experience within a similar role would be ideal however not essential
* Excellent communication skills
* Good Microsoft Office skills
* Positive “can do” attitude

This role would suit people who also have the following experience: Training administrator, administrator, office coordinator

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm

Salary: £18,000 per annum, with a view to receiving an increase once fully trained
