Health and Safety Manager
Location: Stoke on Trent
Salary: £38k - £45k

A large local manufacturing company are now looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join their team.

The company are accredited with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.

Health and Safety Manager - Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
Review and update all of the companies HSE policies and procedures
Maintain the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Management Systems
Review and update all of the company's risk assessments and safe systems of works.
Undertake accident & investigations
Ensure the correct PPE s being used
Provide HSE Training and Inductions
Undertake COSHH Assessments
Promote a positive Health and Safety culture
Be pro-active and hands on

Health and Safety Manager - job requirements:
The ideal candidate must come from the Manufacturing industry as a Health and Safety Manager. You will also have the following skills, qualifications and experience:

Minimum Requirements:
Hold a minimum of a NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
Come from the Manufacturing Industry
Be pro active and hands on

Hold a NEBOSH Diploma or Equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety
Experience of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
Come from a CHEMICAL Manufacturing background
Experience of undertaking COSHH Assessments
