We are currently looking for a talented Admin Assistant to join us to deliver excellent administrative support to the team in our Oxford office.
You will provide a seamless and timely administrative service to ensure the smooth running of the office. Day to day duties include opening and closing files, data entry, sorting and distributing incoming / outgoing mail, welcoming and referring visitors to the relevant individual, copy / audio typing and other ad hoc duties. We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and develop within a commercial setting.
In return, you will be working alongside lawyers who work on a diverse portfolio and highly prestigious cases.
