Our Graduate scheme sees successful individuals begin as an Operations Coordinator for the business. This is a front-facing role with a wide range of responsibilities, from welcoming candidates and visitors, to operating the switchboard, as well as undergoing independent projects to report to the CEO, and confidently maintaining an organised and professional office environment at all times.

The successful applicant must have a 2:1 degree (or equivalent), with a desire to forge a long and successful career in recruitment!
