Macildowie are currently recruiting for a German or Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a market leading travel company. The successful candidate must be French/German speaking as first or second languages (if first language must speak fluent English). Building excellent relationships with customer, remaining professional at all times and have the ability to achieve KPI's on a consistent basis.


  • Offering full support to our sales team to include diary management
  • Prospecting new businesses in order to create opportunities and appointments
  • Following up client leads
  • Building and maintaining B2B relationships with external agents and providing an elite level of service and support to our agent network
  • Revenue management to include managing incoming sales, following an aftersales process and forecasting deposit revenue to Sales Support Director
  • Managing CRM records
  • Requesting the preparation of legal purchase contracts and sales administration and writing clients sales letters
  • Assisting the European Sales Director in the recruitment and support of overseas selling agents
  • Liaising with overseas clients in order to progress sales
  • Striving constantly to generate business for the group and promote our products to our clients & agent network
  • Assisting the Sales Support Director with ad hoc duties
  • Providing and maintaining excel based Management information and generating CRM reports


  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular, outlook, excel and word)
  • French/German speaking as first or second languages (if first language must speak fluent English)
  • Confident and extremely professional telephone manner - someone who can sell our proposition and be passionate about our brand
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and juggle workload
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced, results driven environment
  • Self-motivated and conscientious individual who is prepared to stay until the job is done
  • Basic Understanding of investments/ROIs/property/financial services
  • Sales administration background
