Long term Music teaching post, offered either full or part time in South Birmingham
This South Birmingham secondary school are looking to appoint a Music teacher to begin working with them as soon as possible. This is a long term contract to start in April 2018 and they are looking for a strong teacher who can work either part time or full time and teach lessons across KS3 and KS4.
This secondary school is based on the border of South Birmingham and Worcestershire so is commutable from the M42 and M5.
In this Music teaching job you will be expected to teach the current curriculum to classes of up to 30 KS3 - KS4 students. The school is an Ofsted rated 'Good' school which is working towards an 'Outstanding' status. Your new teaching job will require you to start as soon as possible and continue until the end of the academic year in July 2018.
For this post you will need to hold QTS. You will need to be experienced in teaching at secondary age as well up to a level. You will need to demonstrate strong subject knowledge up to KS4 and be willing to get involved in wider school life. The school are looking to appoint a teacher with character and a good sense of humour is who is keen to make a difference to student's achievement.
You will be working within a very supportive secondary school centre where the majority of students are keen to learn and eager to achieve.
