We have recently secured a number of exciting new opportunities within customer services for one of the most exciting and progressive brokers based in Wolverhampton. Our client is offering fantastic training and career development within a modern and contemporary office environment.

Candidates will work closely with clients, brokers and underwriters and will predominantly deal with all motor and commercial vehicle insurance new business, retention and administration. You will be able to work in fast paced and target driven environments, with the opportunity to earn up to £22,000

It is essential candidates have a minimum of 5 GCSE's grade's A-D or equivalent and at least 2 years of job related experience in customer services / Call centre. Experience in working within the industry or with Insurance systems such as SSP or Open GI is desirable however not essential.

Please note working hours will be managed on a shift basis and will include 9-5 and 11-7pm shifts along with alternate Saturdays 9-3pm
