Macildowie HR is excited to be working in collaboration with a FTSE 250 business in the Warwickshire area who are looking for a fast paced and commercial HR Analyst to join their UK Head Office. This is a permanent opportunity with a very competitive salary and benefits package.
Reporting to the HR Systems Director this role will be the main point of contact for all UK based HR systems queries and project work. As part of a vibrant HR team you will be vital in the smooth running of the wider organisation.
The main duties of the role will include analysing, maintaining and troubleshooting issues for human resources, payroll and other information systems under HR whilst providing support for HR systems governance such as system changes, priorities and impacts.
You will also support the research and evaluation of new and/or alternative solutions and technologies to enhance HR operational effectiveness and reduce costs whilst helping with change management plans associated with new, enhanced technology.
The ability to provide necessary training to end users to increase their effectiveness and ability to use HR systems and tools is also another key aspect of this role alongside giving HRIS support for recurring and annual HR initiatives such as talent acquisition or performance management.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can troubleshoot and problem solve in a collaborative style, working with stakeholders of various levels across the whole organisation. The ability to be independent and a self starter is a must due to reporting in to a remote manager.
Day to day duties will vary so the ability to prioritise and balance various tasks is another crucial aspect of this role.
Examples of project enhancement / optimisation of HR systems and also development of training for those systems is absolute must for any successful applicant alongside the execution of smaller projects/HR system modules.
The previous use of SAP/ Success factors would be a huge bonus, as well as an understanding of HR related policy and procedure.
