We have an exciting opportunity for a sous chef to join our client, a privately owned restaurant cooking with fresh, local, seasonal ingredients at a rosette level.
The kitchen team has a very talented pool of chefs that deliver amazing quality dishes as well as pushing to be different.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working at the required level (or be ready to progress to sous level) as well as having experience of working in a 5* hotel environment / 3AA / Michelin environment.
