Integral Recruitment Services are recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator, this exciting opportunity is based at our office's in Coventry. We are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator to work full time.

Working hours are based around 08:30 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday) Training as to how we work will be provided but we 100% need someone with recruitment experience.

The role:

The successful applicant will form part of Integral's Resource Team. This role will assist the team through the recruitment process, providing administrative support in a fast paced environment, therefore attention to detail is key! Working in a busy office environment can be very demanding in Recruitment, we are looking for a candidate to have a "Can do" attitude whilst answering calls & filling those all important bookings. Excellent telephone manner is a must. You will be the face of our agency as you will be the first point of call from the general public looking for positions once they come into our offices. The successful candidate will also share the on call phone.

Key responsibilities:

Liaise regularly with candidates and hiring managers. Support the Recruiters during briefing calls. Edit and format job descriptions ready to post online. Arranging interviews by telephone and sending interview confirmations. Editing CVs and uploading to various systems. Manage candidate rejections.

Conducting interviews for various posiitons we wil have

Update databases and spreadsheets using Excel and utilising the information to provide updates when requested.

Utilise in house candidate databases to manage applications. Managing an ever changing workload to tight deadlines. Utilise various systems and mailboxes to assist the recruitment process. Pro actively dealing with ad hoc queries and escalating where necessary.

Essential Skills/Abilities:

Ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Ability to pick up new systems quickly. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to liaise professionally and effectively with candidates and clients. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workloads for different recruiters. Strong administration or project management background. Full driving license with own transport. Ability to speak in English and Polish.
