We are helping our client recruit for a Financial Services Administrator. You should have experience of working within the the financial services sector as a IFA Administrator.

You will be working for a leading Financial Services organisation based in their Birmingham office (You may need to work from other offices on occasion) on a permanent, full time basis.

We are looking for someone with previous administrative experience within a financial services / insurance organisation and if you are CII (Chartered Institute of Insurance) qualified that would be beneficial.

Your duties will be to provide administrative support to IFA's (Independent Financial Advisor's), this will include:

Pre and Post Sales Support.

Processing client documentation / requests in line with compliance guidelines.

Completing new blank client packs including client agreements, fact finds, risk questionnaires and profiles.

Maintain and update client information.

Prepare new business applications in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Producing regular client valuation schedules.

Answering the phones in a timely and professional manner, dealing with internal and external post on a daily basis, Scanning of documents and shredding of confidential waste etc..

Candidates must be confident with using MS Office software and be happy to use any internal systems (with training) as necessary, you must be a confident communicator on the phone and should be well organised with an attention to detail and willing to support other team members as needed.
