Busy Bees?Childcare?has an exciting opportunity for?a?Central Enquiries Manager?to join our Marketing Department, based in Burntwood.?
An integral part of the Sales & Marketing team reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager. Providing exceptional customer service and promoting the idea through to direct reports and the wider?organisation. Driving the growth of the CRM system to ensure the seamless end-to-end management of enquires. Continuously seeking ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services. As well as providing leadership and management of the Central Enquiries Management team.???
Key responsibilities:??? Providing?relevant support and accurate advice to customers using your acute knowledge of services available, being focused of increasing conversion of enquiries to visits?? Ensuring a data first approach, frequently reporting to Senior Leadership to showcase the level of support your department provides, and your knowledge of commercial acumen?? Communicating courteously with customers via telephone and email?? Strive continuously to offer leading and innovative customer services procedures, policies and standards, continuously evolving and improving?? Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, personally as well as identifying when issues are to be elevated to management?? Investigating in length and solving customer problems in a timely manner, which may be complex Meticulous record keeping of discussions or correspondence with customers?? Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service as well as leading a team of customer service staff?? Providing leading customer service procedures, policies and standards, continuously evolving and improving?? Key liaison for technical requests and continued maintenance on behalf of nursery staff?? Any other duties commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of this post, for which the post holder has the necessary experience and/or training in the main duties?
Skills set & experience? A minimum of 3-5 years experience and a customer centric environment, communicating directly with customers daily?? Go the extra mile to engage customers?? Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening?? CRM competency, expert level. Uses CRM systems daily and competent in its practices?? Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively?? Possess planning and?organisational?skills, as well as the ability to communicate and network effectivity Proactive team player?? Strong written and oral communication skills?
