We are looking to recruit new Enforcement Agents roles in the Birmingham area.

This is an opportunity to develop a successful self employed career as a certificated enforcement agent, through City & Guilds accredited training and real-life experience learning from a dedicated mentor.

Robust 12 week PAID training programme (£280 - £350 p/w) - no exam, but you will be continually assessed both in the class room and on-the-street shadowing of experienced agents.
This is an ideal second career for Ex Military or those with an SIA door supervisor license.
You will be working for one of the UKs largest judicial services group, with 2,000 employees and agents processing over 1 million cases each year.
The role:
To visit defaulters at the addresses stated on warrants to obtain payment, execute warrants, make enquiries to trace the whereabouts of absconders or seize goods to the value of the warrant for sale at auction.
Enforcement Agents are not office-based. You will plan, organise and manage your own workload.
No formal qualifications are needed however a sound level of education is required. Full training is provided to those who have no previous experience.
You must be able to use your initiative to resolve problems.
You must be comfortable working alongside police and other agencies
Successful applicants must gain satisfactory clearance from the Criminal Records Bureau.
You MUST hold a full driving licence
You will need to demonstrate self-motivation and the capacity to work alone or in a team.
Have good communication and negotiating skills, with a calm manner in pressure situations and an unbiased attitude towards individual circumstances
Good administration skills; comfortable with working on a tablet and laptop.
Have a flexible approach to working hours, as you will be required to work early mornings, evenings and weekends

City & Guilds Training
Successful, new candidates to the sector are required to attend our clients formal and recorded one-week Foundation Theory Course, which received City & Guilds accreditation in August 2008. We have since processed over 200 successful candidates within the City & Guilds scheme. The course provides a clear overview of the enforcement sector. This includes:
*health and safety
*the law and procedures involved in enforcement
*conflict management
*how to deal with vulnerable debtors
*The course is conducted by a CIPD accredited trainer. Continuation training is carried out on street with a dedicated mentor, who is responsible for ensuring that newly recruited enforcement agents are able to perform their duties confidently and safely before being assigned any individual cases. Those who already hold a general bailiff certificate are required to attend a shortened course but have to pass the same level of exam.

This employment is operating on a self-employed basis planning own daily schedule form work allocated by the Group Company.
Laptop & tablet and security camera are provided at no cost.
