Digital Marketing Manager
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Up to £45,000 per annum

This role would be responsible for the creation & execution of digital-first marketing initiatives in UK & Ireland Aftermarket and Digital business for a market leading client of ours.

Role & Responsibilities:

Deliver digital campaigns to achieve UK & Ireland B2B eCommerce growth
Work with the eCommerce Manager to produce and execute the eCommerce Trading Plan
Lead the Digital marketing for the B2B Commerce platform, from lead generation, customer acquisition, lead generation, segmentation, funnel management & campaign planning to execution, measurement & reporting; including search, display, social, content & e-mail
Lead new Aftermarket & Digital marketing projects including collection of stakeholder requirements, recommendations, implementation and reporting
Collaborate with internal Aftermarket & Digital departments to ensure a customer focused, leading edge web & mobile commerce experience for all brands
Act as the regional B2B Commerce digital marketing representative
Lead the Digital marketing plans and their execution for B2B Commerce platforms
Lead the digital marketing annual plan for other UK & Ireland Aftermarket & Digital Businesses
Regional leadership and execute stakeholder engagement for Digital initiatives
Regional leadership for digital change management processes and implementation for Digital enhanced capabilities

Key Skills:

Strong collaboration skills and an ability to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in with a cross-functional and varied team of colleagues & 3rd party agencies in the UK & across the globe
Demonstrable experience in Content, SEO, SEM, eMail, Paid & Social principals and digital marketing practices supported by strong digital marketing instinct and creative energy
Detail-oriented and passionate about your measuring your contributions
Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, sales results-oriented team environment
Knowledge of web development, measurement, tracking & analytics
Familiar with HTML web design, Marketing Automation, and Email Marketing Programs (Eloqua experience would be an asset)
Proven ability to initiate and lead diverse stakeholder groups
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Adobe, Google Analytics, AdWords) - certification preferable
Experience in setting up and optimizing A/B testing and performance tracking tools
Experience of B2B E-Commerce business desirable
