A creative IFA require a Fostering / Registered Manager to join their supportive and established staff team, providing support to carers across Birmingham / south Staffordshire and surrounds.
This role is suitable for an existing Registered Manager or for a strong and ambitious Senior Practitioner / Deputy Manager with staff supervisory experience, who wishes to take that next ‘step up’ in their career. With support from a Regional Manager, you will support and guide a stable and successful team.
You will be / have:
- A qualified social worker
- HCPC registered
- Strong experience within the fostering sector
- Excellent knowledge of fostering legislation, policies and procedures
- Have creativity, drive and ambition around growing and nurturing a fostering service
- A car owner / driver
- Be prepared to travel to their north Birmingham / Staffordshire based office
