Your role will be to provide first class support to the recruitment consultancy team by assisting in resourcing suitable candidates.

The main responsibilities of the role will be:
To establish network of candidates to support sales process
Resourcing candidates via jobsites for opportunities
Supporting the team throughout the whole resourcing lifecycle
Manage effectively and accurately the process for security checks and visas
Communicate and liaise with candidates through all stages of the Recruitment process
To log and update where required, client/candidate information

You will need to have excellent customer service skills and a polite telephone manner. Also the ability to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships with candidates

The successful candidate will be pro-active, self-motivated and be able to hit the ground running. You will be well organised and have excellent attention to detail.
