Social Media Customer Care Manager**

Are you an experienced Contact Centre Manager? Do you excel in customer care? Have you managed a team within Customer Care Social Media whilst managing customer expectations via an online presence? Are you efficient with Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn?

If you are then I have an amazing opportunity to work with one of Birmingham's fastest growing utility companies.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a role your own, have huge impact in the way customers are dealt with via social media and have a natural progression to an operations manager.

Due to this role being a new part of my clients organisation they are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager who can come in and manage a team of 5 Social Media Exec and really support the social media customer journey.

What we’re looking for within the Social Media Team Manager position

Someone who is as passionate about customers and great service as we are. A friendly, professional Team Manager, experienced in managing social channels. A great leader and motivator, with the skills to create a brand new customer facing social media team as well as to assist delivery our social media plan and strategy.

**The role**

* Lead and grow our customer facing Social Media Team provide coaching around best practice and proper use of social communications.
* Follow all relevant HR processes.
* Manage social media channels, focusing on our presence on Twitter and Facebook.
* Work alongside our customer management team to ensure any customer questions are answered quickly and completely.
* Monitor online activity using a variety of tools.
* Be self-sufficient, look for solutions and make things better using your own initiative.
