Children’s Safeguarding Senior Social Worker – West Midlands – £32+ Up to £10,000P/A Frontline Bonus.

Frontline is actively seeking a Senior Social Worker to join the Safeguarding Team in the midlands. The team has a very low turnover and has received applauses from neighbouring local authorities on good structure and support within the office. This service has a reputation for long term contacts for agency staff that are fully supported by their well-established management team. With an immediate start, they are looking to interview as soon as possible and can offer telephone interviews for Workers out of area. The council requires experience in, Child Protection ,attending Court and Section 7’s / Section 47’s.

The successful Child Protection Social Worker will have experience of:

  • Working in a busy, fast paced environment
  • Liaising with other professionals
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Child Protection Care proceedings
  • Attending Court
  • Section 7’s/ Section 47’s
  • Working with Public Law Outline (PLO)
  • Child protection meetings
  • Case conferences
  • Attending LAC Reviews

As a Child Protection Social Worker, you will be:

  • HCPC registered
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Car Driver Essential
