Frontline are looking to recruit an established and confident Team Manager for a Child Protection Team in the Midlands. As the Team Manager you will be well versed in the daily running of a busy, diverse team involving all aspects from budgetary allocation to supervisions. The successful Team Manager will present well and evidence success in building stability and implementing processes.

The successful Child Protection Team Manager will have experience of:

  • Managed a team of social workers with the team holding cases following assessment for Child in Need, Child Protection, PLO, LAC Sec 7 & 37
  • Implement improved analysis of need and risk, improved assessment timeliness and developed effective systems for duty and case management
  • Chaired Child Protection strategy meetings
  • Ensured effective case planning to safeguard children
  • Allocated cases and maintained manageable caseloads
  • Attended High Court proceedings
  • Quality assured Court reports and Care Planning
  • Staff supervision, development & discipline
  • Performance management

As a Child Protection Team Manager, you will be:

  • HCPC registered
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Car Driver Essential
