An amazing temporary to permanent opportunity for an experienced SAP Customer Coordinator to join a market-leading, global business based in Birmingham.


* £23,000 annual salary
* Free on-site parking
* 31 days holiday (bank holidays included)

Hours of work:

* Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 16:30pm
* Friday 8:30am – 16:00pm

Role purpose;

You will act as a primary point of contact for UK customers, promoting the company and its products in order to deliver an out-standing service, whilst keeping the customer updated at all times. You will have experience using SAP for order processing, through to dispatch and also have a keen eye for detail.

Duties to include;

* Main point of contact for all customer enquiries including quotes, pricing and availability
* Efficiently and effectively enter, process and follow up all orders placed by customers using SAP
* Co-ordinate the sales order process
* Arrange and confirm orders and deliveries to customers in line with their requirements
* Co-ordinate with production, warehouse, haulage and all other operations staff members
* Deal with all sales order paperwork
* Supporting the UK sales representatives
* Producing paperwork for shipping
* Reporting and invoicing

Skills/Experience required

* A motivated & organised individual, with a flexible approach to work
* Excellent communication skills and a clear and confident telephone manner
* SAP experience essential
* Previous experience in a sales order processing role
* Proven ability to work at pace
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong focus on delivery
* MS Office proficient
* Intermediate to advanced Excel user
* Demonstrable analytical skills
