Our local Wolverhampton client are the global leader in their sector and Manufacturer and Distribute Worldwide. They provide architectural products to commercials businesses, and have many divisions within the company. With this they have an exciting opportunity within their Customer Services team.

Are you technically minded whilst delivering exceptional Customer Service ?

Main Duties:

Answering Consumer queries on all products
Provide technical support on all products
Advice of stockists in local area
Assisiting consumer with replacement product / returns
Investigate warranty claims
Ensure all faulty products are reported and tracked – working with the Product Management team

An understanding of Digital products and alarms will be paramount in this role

Can you deliver high Customer Service along with:

2 Years experience within a commercial office
Experience within a technical support role
Abilty to build and develop relationships with your customer base
A team player
Willing to learn technical products
A good work ethic
Experience providing support within the consumer market

Working Hours - Alternative weeks of:
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm Friday 9am-12.30pm
